01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

Nudo House Creve Coeur is a standout gem in St. Louis’ vibrant Asian dining scene, offering an authentic and richly flavorful Pan-Asian experience that captures the essence of traditional Vietnamese and Japanese recipes with a modern twist. Nestled at 11423 Olive Blvd, this Asian fusion restaurant prides itself on serving dishes that not only satisfy hunger but engage the senses with every bite.

At the heart of Nudo House’s menu are their signature sandwiches and soul-warming soups. The Nudo Banh Mi and Banh Mi Chicken sandwiches are elevated with perfectly braised pork or tender buttered chicken, paired with a delightful harmony of garlic aioli, fresh cucumber, fiery jalapeño, tangy pickled carrots, and fragrant cilantro. These sandwiches deliver a vibrant crunch and complex layers of flavor that dance on the palate.

For those seeking something more comforting and deeply nourishing, the Pho soup varieties stand out spectacularly. The 31Pho Beef features rare flank steak with silky rice noodles, crisp bean sprouts, and the fresh herbal notes of Thai basil and cilantro, all brightened by a touch of citrus and heat from jalapeños. Equally satisfying is the 31Pho Chicken, brimming with tender chicken breast and the same fragrant accompaniments, providing a lighter but no less soul-stirring alternative.

The ramen offerings at Nudo House are a masterclass in layered taste and texture. The Classic Nudo Ramen boasts a rich tonkotsu broth, infused with shoyu and topped with luscious chashu pork, menma, ajitsuke tamago, and a hint of black garlic that adds a smoky, umami depth. Meanwhile, the Hebrew Hammer Ramen brings a velvety chicken paitan broth paired with shoyu, succulent chicken thighs, fresh bok choy, and the same impeccable toppings, creating a bowl bursting with warmth and bold flavors.

The dining atmosphere complements the food perfectly—casual, inviting, and welcoming. Reviewers often highlight the attentive and friendly service, noting how quickly dishes arrive piping hot and impeccably presented. Families appreciate the thoughtful inclusion of kids-sized portions of ramen and pho, a rare and thoughtful touch that makes dining here an inclusive experience.

Customer voices underscore what makes Nudo House truly special. Malcolm McNair recounts a visit marked by “great” food and fast, attentive service, promising a return on his next trip to town. Tracy Karrenbrock was impressed by the smooth, quick lunch service during a busy weekend, praising dishes like Beef Pho and Crab Rangoon for their “amazing flavors.” R Tein, who has high standards from a multicultural culinary background, found the spicy miso ramen and pho selections “authentic, fresh, and filling,” lauding the exceptional service and fair pricing. Chelsea Light appreciated the family-friendly aspect and food quality during a solo visit. Shaun Braswell commended the restaurant’s skillful cooking techniques and the unforgettable freshness of the crab rangoons and soups, describing the experience as truly elevating the casual dining scene.

Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Nudo House Creve Coeur offers a richly satisfying journey through some of Asia’s most beloved dishes crafted with care, passion, and authenticity. It’s a destination that brings depth, warmth, and an undeniable zest of life to your dining experience.

As first time guests we had lots of questions about the menu, Emily was extremely helpful and we ended up getting the spicy miso ramen, classic nodu, chicken pho and beef pho. All of it was AMAZING. We are from Chicago and my husband is Taiwanese so we are pretty picky when it comes to Asian food but this place delivered!!! Authentic, fresh, and filling! Service was exceptional & price was on point! Had many gluten free options and even cater to those with celiac. Five stars for sure!!!!

My first time dining at this restaurant by myself today and it exceeded my expectations. First, they offer kids sized ramen and pho. This is amazing as I am a toddler mom. Typically, I have to ask for extra broth, noodles and a bowl to share with my son at other establishments. Second, I ordered and sat down. Immediately my entre was brought to me. It was hot and fresh with cilantro, bean sprouts, jalapenos and onions. I ordered the Deluxe Pho beef bowl with beef balls, beef tendon and sliced beef. Their spicy crunch chili was different but delicious! I will be back with my phone loving toddler to try with me!

The service is exceptional, food is delivered fresh and prompt, and the casual atmosphere is very inviting. So much technique and skill goes into crafting dishes like these and Nudo House rises to the challenge. It is obvious from the start of the delicious crab rangoons that you are in for a true treat. The soups/bowls will leave you speechless, savoring each bite both in aromatics and taste. The broth is full bodied and packed with flavor as well as great care was shown to all accompanying ingredients. Well done to all the cooks and staff for creating such a memorable experience.

Great experience at Nudo House! It’s a noodle spot with really tasty food and incredibly kind staff. My husband ordered the pho noodle soup and I got the pho banh mi sandwich with dipping broth — both were delicious. We also got some papaya salad, which was refreshing. Cream cheese crab Rangoon wontons were delicious!! Everything came out fast, flavorful, and comforting. I also liked that they had bottled unsweetened Japanese tea. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely go back.

Every other time I have been to Nudo House I've had ramen, so I wanted to try something off of their "not ramen" menu. I ordered the Vietnamese chicken salad because it had great reviews and it was truly the freshest tasting chicken salad I've ever had. I was tempted to drink the sauce left at the bottom of the bowl at the end but decided against it since the restaurant had gotten pretty full by 6 p.m. I also ordered a shrimp and a veggie spring roll and they were also amazing, again the sauce was delicious! I was surprised how busy it was for both dine-in and takeout/delivery on a Monday night after the Super Bowl, but it was also great to see so many people enjoying the different menu items.

Always so good. This past time I got the shroomed out ramen and it was top tier. The broth was rich and I loved how many mushrooms there were. Also bok choy brings me joy.
